MoreAhead Travel (趣环游) is a registered travel agency based in Silicon Valley, California (California Seller of Travel #2142414-40). We have been in business for over 10 years and have served thousands of local travelers.

We currently offer 1062 tours across the US, Canada and six continents. Regions with the most tours: US West (411), West Canada (183), US East (175), Yellowstone (120), Europe (89), Florida (43). Browse and filter by destination, length and departure city on the All Tours page.

Our website is for browsing and enquiries; online booking and payment are not available yet. Once you find a tour, tap "Enquire & Book" on the tour page, then call or message us on WeChat with the tour name (or product code), departure date, number of travelers and room type. We will confirm availability and price, then arrange your booking and payment.

Each traveler's name (as shown on their ID), a contact phone number, departure date, number of travelers and room type. If your tour includes airport pickup, please also provide your flight number and arrival time.

All prices on tour pages are per person. The main price assumes two people sharing a room; per-person prices for single, triple and quad rooms are listed below it.

If you want a room to yourself, the "1 per room" price applies. Some tours offer a "shared twin" option, where we pair you with a traveler of the same gender to share a twin room and avoid the single supplement. You can also check our Room Share board for travelers on the same tour.

Each tour page lists what is included, what is not included, and optional activities; please refer to the page. Common exclusions are transportation to and from the starting city, some meals, the service fee (gratuity), mandatory charges during the tour, and personal expenses. For example, on US West bus tours the service fee is usually US$15 per person per day, counted by the number of tour days, same rate for adults and children.

The page price is per person based on two sharing a room. Your actual price depends on the departure date, room type and any peak-season or hotel surcharges, and there may also be mandatory charges and service fees. The quote confirmed by our team is final.

Yes. Since January 1, 2026, 11 US national parks charge non-US residents an additional entrance fee of US$100 per person. US residents should carry valid ID (such as a US passport, driver's license or green card) for verification. See US National Park Non-Resident Fees.

Each tour page lists pickup points and times under "Pickup & Drop-off". Different packages of the same tour may have different pickup points, so check the one you booked. Please arrive early; the bus will not wait more than 10 minutes past the meeting time.

Some tours include airport pickup. Whether pickup is included, the covered time window and any fees are shown on the tour page under "Pickup & Drop-off" and related notes. After booking, please send us your flight number and arrival time.

Each tour has its own cancellation policy, shown under "Cancellation Policy" on the tour page; please read it before booking. Generally, the closer to departure, the higher the charge, and cancellations shortly before departure may not be refundable. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change.

Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot join alone; accompanying children and infants also need their own reservation and fare. For safety, pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour. See our Terms & Conditions.

Bring a valid photo ID and your tour confirmation (electronic or printed), and give us a reachable mobile number. For cross-border trips (e.g. US–Canada), prepare the documents each country requires; children crossing borders also need proof of guardianship or a parental consent letter. Travelers are responsible for their own visas; for Chinese visas, our Visa & Documents service can help.

We do not provide checked-baggage service; please look after your bags and valuables. Compensation for luggage lost due to vehicle mechanical failure is up to US$200 per piece, and up to US$30 per piece for damage. If a tour has its own luggage limits, the tour page applies.

Some hotels require each party to present at least one credit or debit card usable locally for a deposit at check-in. If there are no incidental charges, the deposit is usually returned within 7–14 business days after check-out. Each room holds 2–4 people including children, and check-in is usually after 3 PM. We guarantee the number of rooms, but not specific room types or locations.

Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus except bottled water, and alcohol is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed on the bus or in most hotel rooms; hotels charge at least US$250 per room per night for smoking, payable by the guest.

Our guides take photos and videos during tours for company promotion and social media. If you prefer not to appear, just let us know and we will not use material that includes you.

Small-group tours have a firm group-size cap, commonly 12, 13 or 14 travelers (see the tour title), with smaller vehicles and a more relaxed pace; regular bus tours carry more passengers. Browse all small-group tours by destination on the Small-Group page.

Yes. Tell us your group size, departure city, where you want to go and your dates, and we will arrange a private tour and quote.

Yes. We handle Chinese visas, Chinese passport renewals, Chinese travel documents and apostille services, with several drop-off points around the Bay Area and door-to-door pickup available. See the Visa & Documents page for fees, processing times and the online application form.
